Application for Mascara Filling Machine
This machine is widely used for filling mascara, lip oil, eye-liner products. It can
work with automatic inner wiper feeding to effect output. It is used for kinds of
mascara, lip oil, and liquid eye-liner.

♦ 20L tank made of SUS304, sanitary materials.
♦ Piston filling system driven by motor, accuracy filling.
♦ Filling 12 pcs each time.
♦ Filling model is able to select static filling or filling while falling.
♦ Filling nozzle with return function, reducing pollution for bottle mouth.
♦ Material tank with mixing device.
♦ With container detecting system, no container, no filling.
♦ With servo capping system, all parameters such as torque, speed are set on
touch screen.
♦ Jaws of capping is adjustable according to the height of the container, but also by
the shape of the cap to do.
