This filling line is specially designed for full-body silicone mould lipstick production, can fill 5 pieces at a time.

◆ With heating, mixing and vacuum function;
◆ Mixing speed adjustable.
◆ Tank can be lifted up and down automatically, easy for clean or change material;
◆ Servo Filling and mold lifting, adjust the filling volume easily;
◆ Filling precision: ±0.1g.
◆ Filling nozzle with heat preservation and anti-drip functions;
◆ Cooling time is adjustable from the mold moving speed.
◆ Cooling temp. at -15 to -18 degree. (varies from the environment).
◆ Chiller adopts France brand compressor, environmental refrigerant medium R404A.
