Applications of lipstick tube labeling machine:

It is an ideal choice for labeling bottom parts of cosmetic products, like mascara, lip gloss, lip oil, lip glaze, lipstick containers, and other slim cylindrical tubes.

Features of lipstick tube labeling machine:

Labeling feeder/head is driven by Japanese brand servo motor, stable and accurate, the labeling speed is up to 90 pcs per minute;
Equipped with a rotary table to handle the tubes in and out of the labeling station;
Using a special design suction arm to pick up and apply the label onto the bottom container; can print the label and paste it onto the products at the same time;
Adopts SIEMENS PLC control system, to ensure the labeling high precision and high speed;
Features with online checking and rejection device/sensor detection, which avoid labeling missing and wrong label phenomenon;
