The GIENI® JMP08 is a high speed machenical impact pulverizer designed for pulverizing those dry and brittle material in cosmetic, chemical, pharmacy, industry.
Features of Powder Pulverizer JMP08
◆ adopts rotary multi-hammer system to ham the powder material, which makes powder is sheared off, scraped, scattered and pass through the mesh in high speed to achieve the requested fineness.
◆ hammer chamber has cooling system, which effectivelyu avoid the raw material from being thermal anaphylaxis;
◆ auto screw type powder feeding;
◆ hammers rotates high speed ensures the powder material well-homogenized after oil sprayed, it also avoid too much oil spot and the powder cake to be more soft after pressing;
◆ powder bucket is automatically lifted up and down, easy for powder discharge
